Once your payment has been processed, the delivery of Digital Products is instant, you should receive the download link within a few minutes. In rare cases, the delivery email may be delayed due to server issues or other technical problems. If you do not receive the email within one hour of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. 

For Physical Products, you can expect delivery within 7-10 days after payment confirmation. If you have any concerns about your order, free to contact our customer support team at babypandadigitaldownloads@gmail.com for assistance.
